Upgrading to 0.7 from 0.6.2

1. BACK UP YOUR DATA.
2. Follow the instructions in INSTALL.txt (for the pre-built war package xplanner_x.x.zip or xplanner_x.x.gz)
   For the standalone package there is no upgrade path since it is only intended as quick way to test out xplanner. The instructions for that package are in README.txt

Upgrading to 0.6.2 from 0.6.1

1. BACK UP YOUR DATA.
2. Run the upgrade-0.6.1-0.6.2 Ant task. This creates a new table called 'attributes'.
